Veras gräsmatta
Veras gräsmatta is a space for event and gatherings with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation. Our open area gives your event an extra edge and are located inside Chalmers University of Technology.
Our aim is for students, startups, researchers, entrepreneurs, creators, companies and organisations to meet, share ideas and co-create the future.
The capacity for the space are everything from small meetings to big gatherings of 150 people. With a stage, image and sound system, a pentry, 2 conference rooms and a loft, the possibilities are endless.

Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT. We offer internal price for Chalmers when hosting entrepreneurship and innovation events at Veras gräsmatta. Contact us for more information about the price and what’s included.
Renting Veras gräsmatta (including the conference rooms Torkel and Olga)
HALF DAY
- 5 500 SEK Halv day* 1-75 persons
- 7 000 SEK Halv day* 76-150 persons
FULL DAY
- 10 000 SEK Full day 1-75 persons
- 12 000 SEK Full day 76-150 persons
*Half day is morning 08.00-12.00 or afternoon 13.00-17.00 (not for example 10.00-14.00). The maximum time is 4 hours for half a day. More hours then that will be a full day, i.e. if you book morning and evening.

Coffee and fika
Your are welcome to order coffee, tea, lunch, fika and snacks from us. Contact us to see how we can make your event as smooth as possible for you.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event.
- Cancellation no later than 2 weeks before the event, 50% of the room rent is charged
- Less than 2 weeks event is charged full premises rent
